Your Data Protection Rights
Your rights over your personal data and how to exercise them.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
editionvoze processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. On this page you will find an overview of your rights as a data subject, how to exercise them free of charge and whom to contact.
1. Who is responsible
The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data on editionvoze.co.uk is editionvoze, 14 Wind Street Studios, Swansea SA1 1DZ, United Kingdom. You can reach us by email at hello@editionvoze.co.uk or by telephone on 01792 410386. Requests concerning your data can be sent to this address at any time.
2. Rights of data subjects
You may ask editionvoze at any time which personal data about you we hold, for what purposes, for how long and with whom it has been shared, and you can obtain a copy of it (access). Incorrect or incomplete data will be corrected or completed at your request (rectification).
Data that is no longer required, that was processed unlawfully or that you no longer consent to us using will be deleted on request (erasure); instead of deletion you can ask for processing to be restricted. You can also have the data you provided to us transferred to you or to another controller in a common electronic format (portability).
3. Your right to object
You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to any use of your data for direct marketing without giving reasons. Any consent you have given, for example to receive our newsletter, can be withdrawn at any time by a message to hello@editionvoze.co.uk; the withdrawal applies from that moment on.
4. How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of these rights, a short message to hello@editionvoze.co.uk is sufficient. We may ask you to confirm your identity so that no one else can obtain your data. We respond within one month of receiving your request; in complex cases this period can be extended by two further months, and we will tell you if it is. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
5. Why we may process data
We process personal data only where the law allows it: with your consent, to perform a contract or to take steps before entering into one, to comply with a legal obligation, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website. Details for each processing activity can be found in our privacy policy.
6. Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Before doing so, you are welcome to contact us at hello@editionvoze.co.uk; many questions can be clarified quickly.
7. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the UK, this happens only if the UK has recognised an adequate level of protection there or if suitable safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement are in place. A copy of these safeguards is available on request at hello@editionvoze.co.uk.
